Hi Vidya,

Just curious to know how did you login directly. I have a very similar problem. I also did the same steps. It just happened exactly the same - I tried to log in and it would not work. I am also eager to know how to sort this out.

Thanks,

Arun

Hi Arun,

I had a problem in IP address.
Steps:
1.go to linux machine type /sbin/ifconfig
2.Note inet address :192………..101
3. Go to the host machine ….>open the NotePad as a systemadminstator……..> c:/system32/…..host file
4. Look for the IP address at bottom of the page
5. Match it with linux machine int address 192…..101
6. Save it and close the note pad

This resolved my problem, I hope this is help you.

Regards
Vidhya
