Screen for Voiding a Payment 15 Years, 8 Months ago
Hasan,

Which version of Oracle Payables are you using for the tutorials? Are you using Vision Demo? I could not find the “Actions …1” button at the bottom of the Payments screen in order to Void the invoice payment.

This is the path I have followed:
Query the invoice using either Invoice Batch screen or Invoice screen. When found, click on View Payments tab. Click on Payments Overview button, which takes you to Payment screen, then click on Payments button to go to Payments screen.

At this point, I could not find the Actions1 button at the bottom of the Payments screen in order to Void the invoice payment.

However, when I followed the alternative path, Payments > Entry > Payment and queried the payment, I managed to successfully void the Payment.

Please, explain whether this is due to a bug or a version of the software.
Thank you.

I am using 12.1.1 "Production" install.

I don't see any problem with your software. Action 1 will appear if you go to Payments-Entry->Payment. It will not appear if you click on Payments button on Payments Overview window.
