Post Install Checks- Login page error 15 Years, 8 Months ago  
I have already installed R12 fresh database in my computer and is able to access Oracle application. Simultaneously I am installing vision database also in the same computer. But I am encountering with the post install check - login page error as checking URL = http://linux.server:8000/OA_HTML/AppsLogin
RW-50016: Error: - {0} was not created File = {1)
Is this because of installing both databases in the same computer?
Please help..

I have you ensured that your Host file displays IP addresses of both linus environments?

Sorry for the delayed reply. I missed few posts in the queue.
Both environments would have the same IPs as they are residing on the same machine. So no new entry is needed in the host file.
Make sure you install both environments on different ports. For examples use 8000 for fresh install and 8001 to vision.
