Can we set a "time period" on restriction/s on a user through a responsibility?

You can put an end date to the user and also to a responsibilities assigned to that user. In the former case, the user will not be able to login once that end date is reached. In the later case, the user will not be able to access that particular responsibility once the end date is reached.
