Business Group Setup 15 Years, 5 Months ago  
In HR Module,(Business Group Info.)Legislation Code = United States,however our two Legal Entities are located in Canada.Will this affect in the Real World Implementation?

Business Group could belong to US while legal entities could belong to US and Canada. That does not seem to be a problem.
If your company's US employees are maintained in US and Canadian employees are maintained by Canadian HR department then you must create two business groups. One business group means all US and Canadian employees are contained in a single container.
