Hasan, I twice login to Metalink to source solutions to problems but got lost and unable to achieve my goal. There is too much information on Metalink, and it is a very confusion screen.
We are very many who do not know how to use Metalink. I will be very very grateful if you could create a video tutorial on how find solutions to possible problems in various ways. This would help us become strong Oracle Financials Functional Support Consultant. Please, take us through the following:
1) One can decide which mean to use to solve the problem (Metalink, Oracle Documentation, program output, Google results etc...);
2) How to navigate around in Metalink and find possible solutions to a problem;
3) How to use Oracle Error ID number in Metalink

I know it could be tricky to use MetaLink. First I have to finish all remaining topics on the modules then I can look into this.
