Journal Level Reporting Error 14 Years, 4 Months ago  
Hi All,
I am experiencing the following error when updating journal level reporting (by clicking on the apply button) in accounting setup manager... has anybody come across this or know how to fix this?
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20001: HR_7220_INVALID_PRIMARY_KEY: ORA-06512: at "APPS.HR_ORGANIZATION_API", line 4872 ORA-06512: at "APPS.GL_LEDGERS_PKG", line 111

Verify your business group setup. Make sure the profile option HR: Business Group is set at the site level.

If your business group setup looks fine then it could be the following bugs:
Bug 6794638 - ORA-20001: HR_7220_INVALID_PRIMARY_KEY

Hi HandsonErp,

This is a Bug related which requires patch 8768005. There is no waty round this. Unless you are a DBA you wont get any further with this issue.I dont suppose you guys offer any guidance on how to apply this
patch ? Thanks for your help i just needed this confirming.
