Check run failing 13 Years, 3 Months ago  
Hello,

A regular check run is failing at the formatting phase, even if its just one single invoice. Now, it works fine in one instance, but fails on all other instances.

Could this be a setup configuration issue? Please advice.

Exception error: ora-01403: no data found in package iby_disburse_ui_api_pub_pkg procedure iby_disburse_ui_api_pub_pkg.perform_check_print

This error is usually cause if you have entered a non zero number for "number of setup documents". This functionality was used in the past for non-laser printers.
Reduce the number.
