Installing Oracle Linux - Starting VM Failed 13 Years, 3 Months ago  
After setting up CD/DVD Rom when click Start button on Oracle VN VirtualBox Manager, getting below error
"Failed to open a session for the virtual machine Oracle.
VT-x features locked or unavailable in MSR.

I figured out. Error causing because of assigning more RAM to VM. Now reduced to 2 GB from 4 GB and the error gone.
