staging oracle 13 Years, 2 Months ago  
mkdir media tell me file already exist.
and mount _t vboxsf.....command gives me an erro message

You have to provide the error message in order for me to try to help you.
What error you are getting greatly dicdates how we can fix it.
See if you can upload a screen shot.

Here is the correct command:

mount -t vboxsf My_DAP_Downloads /home/Oracle/media
