I am using Vision Database
I loged in with user: commsuser
Using the responsibility: "Payables, Vision Communications (USA)" I tried to create accounting for validated and paid invoice throught "Action" button then "Create Accounting",
I got a message that "Accounting has been Successfully Created".
The problem is that:
The status > "Status" of that invoice in the Invoice Workbench is "Validated"
The status > "Accounted" of that invoice in the Invoice Workbench is still "No"
After I did run the Period End Closing Exception report, many times, that invoice still displayed in the report with the status "Unaccounted"

In the backend the following fields have the following values:

How can I successfully create accounting for invoice validation and invoice payment?

Your create accounting program is failing obviously with errors. Go to the output of create accounting and find out the problem. Or pull up the invoice and go to tools-> view accounting.

Please note that I will not be able to assist in troubleshooting issues on Vision DB. This training program assumed you are using PROD database. Vision DB comes preconfigured with specific settings that could affect the outcomes.
