Your help is urgently need.
I created a journal and clicked on approve button but got a message that it has been sent to an approver. When I checked the Notification window for the approver and mine, it says no approver has been found for your journal batch. Also the Reject and Approve buttons were missing. The approval status remains as “In Process” even after running the workflow background process
I had already created the employee limits , assigned the profile options: Allow preperer to approve and the approval method.
Could not assign the supervisor due to error – “Please choose existing combinations". But I create the Job Group and Grade but they were not being populate on the LOV of Enter People window. No idea why.

I am member of the HOE, i stuck at the same point which you have mentioned above
The scenario is:

Can you guide me what is going wrong as you have updated that your both the issues are resolved.
