Qualifying Segments 12 Years, 5 Months ago  
When I click on Flexfield Qualifier to qualify my segments, its all grey out. I don't have the option to select balancing segment.

Looks like your chart of account structure is frozen. You need to unfreeze it first before making changes. Please confirm if you have did the unfreeze. You do that from Segments Window.
