Please see attached and let me know if I have missed something. Not sure why I can't post the AR trx to GL even after creating final accounting and also run Submitt Accounting programme. SLA shows the journal , but not in GL.
Equally, and as per attached, can't complete an AR CRN.

Lets solve your first problem first. If the SLA shows the journal and it is not appearing in GL then it must be sitting in the interface table. You need to run the journal import.

Step 1:

Lets confirm first if the accounting was created successfully.
Pull up your transaction in AR and go to Tool->View Accounting.
Do you see proper accounting or do you see errors? Attach screen shot if possible.
If you do not see any accounting errors then go to step 2.

Step 2:

Go to GL responsibility and navigate to Journals->Import->Correct
In the Find window, enter Receivables in the field Source and do the search.
Do you see records? If yes then you need to run the import for this source.

Nothing in either the 'Correct' or 'Import' window.
Meanwhile the second query- reference to the CRN not being completed is now resolved. So please ignore that bit.
Now that the CRN is resolved, I will try running the submit Accounting programm again.
Meanwhile, if you could please review the attached.
Just to let you know also that my transaction type option- ‘post to GL’ is ‘Yes’.
So not quite sure yet where the problem lies.

Hi Hasan,
I have created a new AR Trx nd was able to post just that. I think the issue on this was the GL date that I have used on the prior trx. Thanks nyway for looking itno it.
