I know you did mention in your video that PO printing has a bug, however, my error says - " You have encountered an unexpected error, please contact the Sys Admin.”
But your own error seems to be different.
Anyway, I followed your guide by replacing the default layout, saved and changed back, but that did not resolve issue with enquiry>view document error . I tried on metalink to no avail.
Not sure if you have been able to get the solution.

Hi Hassan,
The issue basically was that when I click on view document from the Inquire menu on PO Summary window, I get this message:" You have encountered unexpected error, pls contact your system admin."
But the actual report itself- PO Output communication report is fine.

But now I have managed to resolved the issue
