I have tried

Uninstalling java 6 (32bit), rebooting, reinstalling java 6 (32bit), disabling xss, installing oaj2se.exe, rebooting.

However whenever I try to load java forms from windows, I get the java logo which just spins round and round.

New 'web based' Oracle windows work fine, it is the java windows that are causing the problem

I have used a 'java checker' website, which confirms that java is working within my browser, so I'm not sure what the problem is

I have tried internet explorer, firefox, chrome, and opera browsers... the problem is the same

Please assist

Do you have IE 10?
Open up IE 10. Press F12. This will open up developers menu. Now change Browser Mode from IE10 to IE9. Now try logging in and go to a java based window. Did that solve the problem? If not then please paste a screen shot. Thanks.

Hi, I have tried this but unfortunately it didnt work.

In internet explorer it doesnt seem to work at all. In firefox it used to work, but now I get the spinning logo error (please see attached image)

It eventually times out. It then says:

ClassNotFoundException

oracle.apps.fnd.formsclient.formslauncher.class

In IE go to Internet Options and then General Tab and click on Delete button under Browsing History section. Delete the Temporary Files, Cookies, History, and Active X Filtering. Try again and let me know. Thanks.
Keep the browser mode to IE 9 (F12) when trying again.
