AP Video 60. Voiding Payments 12 Years, 2 Months ago  
To void a payment if I use the Invoice workbench-View Payments tab-click on Payment Overview- clk on Payments- reach on Payments screen, but I don't see Actions tab on that screen. What steps am I missing. But if I goto Payment screen directly Payments-Entry-Payments I can see the Actions tab and am able to void the payment. Please help me understand why I am not able to see Actions tab if I try going through Invoice workbench to Payments screen.

The action menu is available only if you navigate to the Payments screen directly.

There is a bug associated with the problem (6802876 R12) "PAYMENT MANAGER VOID OR STOP PAYMENTS LINK NOT WORKING"

Patch 7003403 is available.
