Paying Muliple Invoice with Payment Term Immeidate 12 Years, 1 Month ago
If multiple invoice have Payment Term immediate and if we don't pay it immediately, on the Payment entry screen those Invoice numbers donot appear. Please help me which steps need to be done if you want to pay those invoices. What happens if Payment Term is Immediate and we forget to pay that Invoice- is there a way we can still pay it later. Thank you.

If the payment term is IMMEDIATE then that simply means these invoices will be picked up for payment by the payment runs that are run any time after the approval of the invoice. You do not have to pay the invoice immediately. The terms simply controls when the invoice will be available to be picked up by the payment runs. That's it. If you do not do a pay run for next 6 months then this IMMEDIATE invoice will keep on sitting as unpaid for next 6 months. Then it will be picked up by the next payment run that is launched.
