No values showing up in Segment Qualifier 12 Years, 1 Month ago

Hi, I am newbee in the Oracle ERP.I wanted to tag a flexfield qualifier to a Segment(Account), but when I click on the Flexfields Qualifier, I do not see any values in the popup window.Pls see the attached screenshot. How do define these values. Pls also let me know the navigation to this value setup. Many Thanks in advance.

When we create segments within the structure, we always use the numbering 1,2,3 rather than 10,20,30. There are defects associated with the numbering 10,20,30 on this screen. Just to rule out this issue, please recreate your structure with 1,2,3 sequencing. Let me know if you still see this issue. Thanks.

Hi, Thanks for your response. I was doing some thing wrong which was resulting in the below issue. I was not creating the new Structure under "Accounting Flexfield". I was creating it under some other value, hence no value was showing up for the segment qualifier for Natural Accounts segment. I corrected it and good to go now. Thanks again for your response. !!
