Supplier Merge in AP R12 15 Years, 10 Months ago  
Hi
I want to know how to merge suppliers in Oracle AP R12.

I have duplicate suppliers to merge.
Also , i want to know if i merge 2 suppliers it will have no impact on the Supplier site for another company.

Simply go to the Supplier Merge screen and enter the source site and target site. Oracle will move all invoices from source site to target site.
You can move all invoices from one site to another (could be of a different supplier). You can also move the whole site from one supplier to another.

Ensure, there is no duplicate invoices in both the site with the same invoice number, system will not allow you to merge these two supplier sites
