Opening First GL Period error 11 Years, 9 Months ago  
I run the open first GL period request but its showing phase as Inactive and status as No manager. Please help to get it solved.

Sorry for the late reply. Standard managers are down or the concurrent manager is down.
To start standard manager follow these steps:
Login as System Administrator.
Navigate to Concurrent->Manager->Administrator
If the Target is 0 for Standard Manager then simply Activate the Manager.
You will not be able to start standard managers if the concurrent manager is down. It could only be started from the back end.
adcmctl.sh start apps/apps
When you start your services at application server, concurrent manager is started at that time. Check the statuses of the services.
