Can someone help me to map the ISO files in VM

I have installed Vmware and on the top linux is installed; now I am on the point of creating Oracle stage area. Here I try to map iso image files .
Following problems occurs:

1. I went VM Devices--- CD/DVD drive1---- Connecting ti disk image file
2. Here it shows c:\virtualmachinesOracle12
3. If I go to the terminal cd /media/cdrom - list the file (ls) nothing is there.
4. No files to unzip.
