Hello Hassan,

I would love you to help me answer the following questions relating to installation of Oracle.

1. In you tutorial, you have specifically stated Windows Vista. Will the same process work with Windows 7 as I am about to install on a laptop with windows 7.

2. Does the Oracle Media pack I would be dowloading contains HELP and Vision Database. If not, is it possible to include these items with my download. Could you please send me the details on how to go about doing these.

Yes...
R12 will work on both Vista and Windows 7.
I have installed R12 on both.
