Hasan:

In R12 Bank accounts are owned by LE.
I defubed 5 LE and 5 bank accounts under each LE => However iam having one OU for all the LE
so now wheni entre invoice for a company and when i make a payment wi see all the bank accounts .

I am not able to see only one bank accountthat i have defined for that company ..
Do i need to define separate OU for each LE or how can i restrict this

Just wanted to add to this .. this is the same scenario that you mentioned in one of CM Video .. where we have one OU a LE that has multiple Balancing segment vales . now in this case i have a probem that i can access any bank account for any company .. and i wanted to restric that ..
So i created a LE for each company and i need further advice

While creating bank account you can grant access to any operating unit you like for any application you like (Payables, Receivables, etc). Multiple OUs could use the same bank account.
