After installation error FRM-92050 13 Years, 9 Months ago  
I installed R12 as per the instructions and got all green while installing.Now when i have logged in first time and trying to open forms.Im geting this error "FRM-92050 failed to connect to the server/forms/lservelt-1"

Looks like one of your services did not start.

Try this and see if that fixes the issue:

Start all services (adstrtal.sh), stop all services (adstpall.sh) and start all services again (adstrtal.sh).
